So far in the BC Hockey League Divisional finals, home ice has been a big advantage, with all three teams which opened at home winning the first two games of the series.

That includes the Chilliwack Chief, who edged the Prince George Spruce Kings 3-2 in the opener of the Mainland Division series on Friday, then cruised to an 8-1 win on Saturday.

The Spruce Kings will look to get back into the series on the friendly confines of the Prince George Coliseum tonight and Tuesday, with the puck dropping at 7 p.m. each night.

The other two divisional series have the Penticton Vees up two games to none on the Vernon Vipers in the Interior Division, with game three set for Tuesday in Vernon, and the Nanaimo Rivermen up two games to none on the Powell River Kings in the Island Division final. Game three of that series is tonight in Powell River.
