Drug trafficking gets two months in jail
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 10:
Remi P. Gauthier was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, sentenced to two months in jail and received a lifetime prohibition on the possession of firearms. Gauthier was also found guilty of two counts of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and sentenced to one month in jail.
Hollie A. Izony was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to jail time served.
Joseph W. Kelly was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and sentenced to one day in jail.
William F. Moyah was found guilty of uttering threats and sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Blake A. Sperling was found guilty of three counts of driving while prohibited, fined $500 (due May 10), assessed a victim surcharge of $75 (due May 10) and prohibited from driving for one year. Sperling was also found guilty of failing to comply with an appearance notice, fined $500 (due May 10) and assessed a victim surcharge of $75 (due May 10).
Kennth M. Wipfli was found guilty of break and enter and assault, sentenced to six months in jail and placed on probation for one year. Wipfli was also found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 15 days in jail.
Wesley J. Yungen was found guilty of possession of stolen property with a value less than $5,000 and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking and sentenced to eight days in jail.
Jerry D. Matthew was found guilty of driving while prohibited, fined $500 (due March 20), assessed a victim surcharge of $75 (due March 30) and prohibited from driving for one year.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 12:
Ida A. Collin was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol reading over .08, fined $1,200 (due July 11) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Stacy R. Laglace was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to one day in jail.
Mandy J. Isaac was found guilty of three counts of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 41 days in jail.
Shaun McCook was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 10 days in jail.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 15:
Triana E. Bourassa was found guilty of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, sentenced to one day in jail and placed on probation for two years.
Kevin R. Fowler was found guilty of assaulting a peace officer, resisting a peace officer and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, sentenced to 142 days in jail and placed on probation for 12 months.
Dwayne B. Gordon was found guilty of driving while prohibited, sentenced to 21 days in jail to be served on intermittently, placed on probation until the conclusion of the jail sentenced, assessed a victim surcharge of $50 (due Dec. 15) and prohibited from driving for 18 months.
Christian C. Mercier was found guilty of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $50 (due Dec. 15).
Timothy S. Preddy was found guilty of prison breach and sentenced to 30 months in jail.
Aaron V.A. Wagner was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order, fined $250 (due Nov. 29), assessed a victim surcharge of $35 (due Nov. 29) and placed on probation for six months.

Janice M. Baptiste was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and ailing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance and sentenced to one day in jail.
Rene J. Batoche was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and uttering threats and placed on probation for one year.
Ronald K. Carlton was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, fined $1,000 (due Sept. 30), assessed a victim surcharge of $150 (due Sept. 30) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Robert A. Copeland was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol reading over .08, fined $1,000 (due Sept. 30), assessed a victim surcharge of $150 (due Sept. 30) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Joyce A. Jackson was found guilty of fraud and theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and placed on probation for one year.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 17:
Christopher J. Borisoff was found guilty of driving while prohibited, sentenced to 30 days in jail to be served intermittently, placed on probation until the expiration of the jail sentence, fined $575 (due Nov. 14) and prohibited from driving for three years.
Gordon E. Carpenter was found guilty of break and enter and placed on probation for two years.
Gordon M. Hansen was found guilty of false pretense and three counts of theft of property with a value less than $5,000, sentenced to 60 days in jail and placed on probation for one year. Hansen was also found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to one day in jail.
Ruby A. Lindstrom was found guilty of driving without due care and attention and fined $230 (due Jan. 17).
Jaakko J. Makkonen was found guilty of failing to provide a breath sample when ordered to do so, fined $1,000 (due May 15, 2012) and prohibited from driving for one year. Makkonen was also found guilty of uttering threats and placed on probation for one year.
Daniel H.A. Miller was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol reading over .08, fined $1,000 (due Sept. 30) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Chalene M. Redcrow was found guilty of two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, sentenced to 39 days in jail and placed on probation for one year.
Joseph D. West was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentence to one day in jail.
Christopher R. Russell was found guilty of forcible entry, uttering threats and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to time served in jail and placed on probation for two years.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 18:
Crystal M.R. Horth was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 27 days in jail. Horth was also found guilty of a second count of theft of property with a value less than $5,000, sentenced to 27 days in jail and placed on probation for one year.

Rocco A. Mracovcic was found guilty of driving without due care and attention and fined $115 (due Jan. 21).
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 22:
Tyler L. Anderson was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and sentenced to 123 days in jail. Anderson was also found guilty of two counts of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Lochlan S. Ferguson was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to one day in jail and time served of 60 days and assessed a victim surcharge of $50 (due Jan. 27).
Everett R. Patrick was found guilty of assaulting a peace officer and theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and sentenced to one day in jail.

Kaleb D.A. Gilbertson was found guilty of driving while prohibited, fined $575 (due May 30) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Melvin E. Robinson was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000, sentenced to 60 days in jail and placed on probation for one year. Robinson was also found guilty of a second count of theft of property with a value less than $5,000, sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on probation for one year. Robinson was also found guilty of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to 90 days in jail.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 24:
Darrell T. Chew was found guilty of pointing a firearm, place don probation for 18 months and prohibited from possessing firearms for 10 years.
Kirk A. Cumberland was found guilty of driving while prohibited, fined $575 (due Jan. 31) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Daniel J. Massettoe was found guilty of uttering threats, sentenced to 177 days in jail, placed on probation for two years and prohibited from possessing firearms for five years. Massettoe was also found guilty of two counts of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Michelle J. Mooney was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and placed on probation for one year.
Vivek Moudgill was found guilty of driving while prohibited, fined $575 (due Nov. 25, 2011) and prohibited from driving for one year.
Gregory J.A. Penner was found guilty of two counts of breach of a recognizance, assessed a victim surcharge of $50 (due Feb. 25) and placed on probation for one year.
Harvey J. Quiring was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol reading over .08, fined $1,500 (due May 30), assessed a victim surcharge of $225 (due May 30) and prohibited from driving for two years.
Jason K. Elder was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and received a lifetime prohibition on the possession of firearms. Elder was also found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to one day in jail.
Dustin W.V. Gladstone was found guilty of assault with a weapon, place don probation for 12 months and prohibited from possessing firearms for five years. Gladstone was also found guilty of a second count of assault with a weapon, sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to make restitution of $340. Gladstone was also found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance and sentenced to one day in jail. Gladstone was also found guilty of uttering threats and placed on probation for 12 months.
Roger J.J. St. Hilaire was found guilty of mischief, resisting a peace officer, being at large without a lawful excuse and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to 144 days in jail and placed on probation for 18 months. St. Hilaire was also found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and sentenced to one day in jail.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 25:
Harvey J.L. Chingee was found guilty of two counts of assault with a weapon, sentenced to 71 days in jail and placed on probation for 18 months. Chingee was also found guilty of causing a disturbance, failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance and three counts of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Tuan H. Le was found guilty of production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, sentenced to one day in jail plus time served of six months, assessed a victim surcharge of $100 (due March 30, 2012) and prohibited from possessing firearms for 10 years. Le was found guilty of a second count of production of a controlled substance and a second count of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, sentenced to six months in jail plus time served of nine months, assessed a victim surcharge of $100 (due March 30, 2012) and prohibited from possessing firearms for 10 years. Le was also found guilty of theft of telecommunication services, sentenced to 74 days in jail plus time served of 16 days and assessed a victim surcharge of $100 (due March 30, 2012). Le was also found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000, sentenced to one day in jail and time served on three months and assessed a victim surcharge of $100 (due March 30, 2012).
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 26:
Eric J. Heidemann was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and failure to comply with a probation order and sentenced to 22 days in jail.
Gregory D. Keenan was found guilty of uttering threats and resisting a peace officer, assessed a victim surcharge of $100 (due Feb. 2) and placed on probation for 18 months.
Robert C. McClintock was found guilty of being unlawfully in a dwelling-house, ordered to make restitution of $100 and placed on probation for one year. McClintock was also found guilty of two counts of failing to comply with an appearance notice and sentenced to one day in jail.
Natasha M. Seymour was found guilty of assault causing bodily harm, assessed a victim surcharge of $50 (due Jan. 31) and placed on probation for 18 months.
Kristofer M. Thiessen was found guilty of theft of property with a value less than $5,000 and sentenced to three months in jail.
In Provincial Court in Prince George on Nov. 29:
Robert J. Haines was found guilty of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance and sentenced to one day in jail.
