Uptown Funk coming to Vanier Hall

Judy Russell presents its Performers North Entertainment Company with a new show called Uptown Funk. The April 19 event takes place at Vanier Hall and features an evening of award-winning dance. Longtime SPCA volunteer reflects on society’s woes
