One person seriously injured as vehicle and transit bus collide

One person has serious, life-threatening injuries following a collision between a vehicle and a transit bus Wednesday afternoon. Emergency crews were called to the scene on the Hart Highway, about a half a kilometre north of the John Hart Bridge, shortly before 3 p.m. The single occupant of the vehicle was transported to the University Hospital of Northern BC by the BC Ambulance Service.
