Clark says pipeline approval not just about the money
With Enbridge executive vice-president Janet Holder sitting in the audience, Premier Christy Clark said approval of the Northern Gateway pipeline project is about more than just money.
She stressed that all five conditions laid out by the province, of which more money is the fifth, must be met before the province will approve the controversial pipeline.
