Allison MacInnes is on a roll.
The Abbotsford skip survived three tiebreakers Friday at the Scotties BC Women’s Curling Championships in Prince George, and kept things going Saturday morning with a 12-6 win over Patti Knezevic of the host club.
The win moves MacInnes into the semifinal at 7 p.m. Saturday against Kesa Van Osch’s Victoria foursome. The winner of that game will face defending champion Kelly Scott on Sunday at 5 p.m. for the title.
Three-enders were the route to victory for MacInnes against Knezevic. After scoring three in the second to take a 3-1, she stole three in the eighth end to break a 6-6 tie, then stole three more in the ninth when Knezevic’s last rock over-curled.
