In Prince George Provincial Court March 12:
Amy R. Felix was found guilty of three counts of theft of property under $5,000, and sentenced to four months in jail on each charge. She was also sentenced to four months for being in possession of stolen property under $5,000.
Shane V. Gatehouse was fined $300 for failure to appear at a time and place as ordered by a court, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $45 – both payable by Oct. 31.
Lawrence C. Hall was fined $2,000 for impaired driving and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $300.00. He is prohibited from driving for three years.
Anthony J. Hebert was handed a probation order of one year with a conditional discharge under conditions for possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50.
Brian A. E. Jolley was sentenced to one day on three counts, jail time already credited 90 days. He was charged with one count of failure to comply with a condition of undertaking or recognizance, and charged with two counts of theft of property under $5,000.
Samuel D. McCalden was charged with theft under $5,000 and sentenced on four counts to a total of eight months plus one day in jail. He was further sentenced on possession of stolen property under $5,000, sentenced to one month, and sentenced an additional three months for mischief to property under $5,000.
Rainer W. Mickley was charged with driving over the legal limit and fined $600 with a victim surcharge of $90. He is prohibited from driving for one year.
Jason Wasilenchuk was jailed for two months on a charge of personating a peace officer when he falsely represented himself to an officer. He received a further sentence of one month in jail for unauthorized use of a computer with the intent to commit an offence.
Tyler R. Wilson was jailed one day after seven days served on a count of failure to comply with optional conditions of his probation order. He was ordered to pay $50 victim surcharge.
Prince George Provincial Court March 13.
Kevin L. Charlie was charged with two counts of failure of comply with a probation order and sentenced to 60 days in jail. he was ordered to pay restitution of $923.40 and was put under conditions of probation for nine months. He was further sentenced to seven days in jail for failure to attend court.
Aaron W. Clifford was ordered to serve one year probation with conditions, for theft under $5,000. He is also to serve 30 days in jail on related sentences, plus pay a $50 victim surcharge.
Wakine T. Fox was sentenced to 15 days in jail for failure of comply with a probation order.
Jamie L. Redpath was jailed for 37 days on failure of appear at an ordered time and place and failure to attend court. He was handed an additional 14 days in jail on resisting arrest on related sentences.
Colton M. Smith was jailed for six months for assault with a weapon with the threat to cause bodily harm. He was further ordered to provide a DNA sample and prohibited firearm use for 10 years, and to to serve a year probation.
