One of the city's youngest entrepreneurs is looking for help to turn plastic into pavement. Gina Gallant, the 14-year old inventor of PolyAggreRoad a replacement for traditional pavement aggregate made primarily from recycled plastics.
Foodteller is back in business, thanks to a silent partner and a court-approved settlement with their contractor.
Artistic Homes agreed to a five-installment payment plan for the $132,000 owed to them for work on the Foodteller restaurant on George Street. That figure was originally $125,000 but $7,000 was added to cover interest and costs. They also agreed to release their hold on Foodteller's assets and the funds they garnished, forcing the restaurant to close September 5.
