Congratulations to Terrace. In case you missed it, Terrace was named Kraft Hockeyville Saturday night. The city edged out Humbolt, Saskatchewan, garnering close to two million votes in the balloting. Everyone, even Premier Gordon Campbell, got into the act to support Terrace's bid for the title over the past couple of weeks. It's a title Terrace can proudly hold for the next year.
Two months from tomorrow, on May 12, the voters of B.C. will pass judgment on the Gordon Campbell government. It is likely to be a close election, given that the NDP has enjoyed a resurgence on popularity since being trounced in 2001.
